Brown your turkey over medium heat for 8 or so minutes.
Add homemade taco seasoning mix and diced jalapeños and 1/2 diced onion and cook for 4 or so more minutes.
Mix in your coconut aminos and your pepper and zucchini. Reduce heat to low and let simmer.
While you meat mixture simmers prep your sweet potato rice.
Construct your bowl by adding cherry tomatoes, cheese, diced onion, sweet potato rice, and your meat mixture. Serve immediately and enjoy.
